Introduction to Holy Fire® III Usui Reiki

• Reiki is ancient and there have been many different types of reiki.
• Tibetan Reiki which is a traditional form of reiki was channeled by Dr. Usui who was born in 1865 in Japan. Reiki then came to the west through the work of Dr. Takata. 
• The main form of Reiki that has been practiced in the world is Tibetan reiki. The form we are studying here incorporates the Tibetan system of Reiki but works with updated energy called Holy Fire® Reiki. There is an organization for reiki training that oversees the activations, meditations, and information we study, this organization is called the International Center for Reiki Training. 
• The founder of ICRT is William Lee Rand has also studied the traditional Tibetan Reiki with many masters. 
• In 2014, William Lee Rand and his colleague channeled upgraded reiki energy, which is called Holy Fire® Reiki.

Role of a Teacher:

• The role of the teacher is to help and hold a sacred space for each student to open and get activated safely. 
• The teacher holds an unconditional non-judgmental space where each student feels heard, safe, and safely held. 
• It’s important to know that it’s your spirit guiding the entire process. In fact, it’s your spirit that has guided your soul to receive the activations. As your soul receives the activations of Reiki 1 & 2, you begin to release a lot of programming, stuck energies, conditioning, and negative beliefs from your system that are not aligned with your journey and positive evolution. You are also going to activate a lot of codes that bring to the surface the gifts and ancient secrets of your soul journey, thereby activating your unfolding dharma on earth in this incarnation.

Level 1:

• In level 1, the class will focus on self-healing. You will learn a Reiki zen meditation called Gassho, Byosen body scanning to identify where energy is dense or stuck, and the self-healing hand positions. 
• Most importantly, you receive several activations where the Holy Fire® Reiki energy scans your system and brings you the highest healing you need at the moment. One of the activations is the level one placement which tunes your energetic system to the level one Reiki energy like an instrument so that you can call on it quickly and more powerfully. 

 Level 2:

• In level 2, you will receive more activations and receive your level 2 placement which will prepare your system to use the symbols, heal you and upgrade your energy to level 2.
• During this level, you will learn the power symbol, the emotional healing symbol, and the distant healing symbol.
• You will practice the level 2 Hat Surel Ho meditation and learn how to distance heal.
